Accessing the Database
The Hobbies & Crafts Reference Center is provided by INSPIRE, a service of the Indiana State Library.
INSPIRE can be accessed through the following link:

Please keep in mind that you may need to be logged in with your public library card number or through a school computer to access INSPIRE and its many databases.

To locate the database from the list of other INSPIRE databases, select 'Search by Database' on the main database page.
Scroll down and you will see 'Hobbies & Crafts Reference Center' located on the list. Select the link.
Technical Requirements
Is the database not displaying properly for you? Make sure you have the minimum requirements in order to access the database!

Other: JavaScript, Cookies Enabled, Adobe Flash 8.0 for Visual Search, Adobe Flash 10.0 for Text-To-Speech
The recommended screen resolution is 1024x768.
Internet Explorer 8 user sshoudl turn off Compatibility View by clicking the button next to the web address bar in the browser (it looks like a piece of paper with a broken line running through the middle of it.)
Internet Explorer 10 users may need to enable this Compatibility Video mode in order to view some pages properly.
