Citations
Wondering how to cite something you've found through the Hobbies & Crafts Reference Center? The database makes it easy to properly site projects, images and documents!
In order to demonstrate how you can easily cite a resource found through this database, I performed a basic search for 'calligraphy' and found this interesting article on this topic. The image below shows the search result page. On the right-hand side of the screen, you should be able to see the 'Tools' column. There are many options found here, including 'Cite.' Click this word or the icon next to it, and a new box will pop up.

Examples of proper citations are given in many formats, including AMA, APA, Chicago, MLA, and more. The yellow highlighted box gives you the option to export your citations to citation software such as EndNote. You will want to pay special attention to names, capitalization and dates, as the citation might not always be formatted correctly!
Still Have Questions?
